The Sith Empire was an empire ruled by the religious Force-wielders known as the Sith, that had a number of incarnations and at various points of history controlled most of the galaxy. It often fought against the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order in a series of wars and battles, including the Great Hyperspace War, the Great Sith Wars, the Great Scourge of Malachor, the Crusade of Krath, and other conflicts, until the last Sith Empire collapsed.
